No complaints: okay executive room. We stayed near many city attractions and within 10 mins on foot from vysehrad.

The location at the Congress Center is very convenient. In the room there is a safe, a small kettle and tea/coffee.
Breakfast is not included in the price and is very expensive for Prague. The bathroom and the hotel corridor are slowly in need of renovation.

The breakfast cost is 18€, I think it's overpriced, the high cost doesn't correspond to a high quality.

The integration between the Entrance lobby , the Reception , the lounge and the Restaurant area together with the open kitchen !
The Bathrooms in the rooms needs to be upgraded !

It took 2 hours to have a soup and salad one evening, I had to cancel my fish, is it was too much to wait. This was something I never expected in Holiday Inn. The rest of stay was nice and comfortable.

Forever problem they never find my reservation. Never although I was there many times. Sometimes 2-3 people had to stare the scree.....then after a couple of minutes, yes we found it. It is their forvere game. Wi-fi just does not work and they do care about it. Each time when I checked out mentioned this problem. The answer, yes we know. And next time the smae.

Leaving the hotel
T.V. did not work, bed was too small paid for a King Size, got a Small twin, My feet were hanging over bed. Told front desk, their attitude was perplexed as to why I would complain. Manager said they would only charge me for a Twin, yet they still charged me for a King. Unfriendly staff made for a terrible stay.
